I didn't post this as a Magpie because Google tells me that the 3-dimensional equivalent of the Mobius Loop is the "KLEIN" (not KLINE) bottle.
I always enjoyed writing along the single surface of one of those... when I was a lad, of course...
Did you ever try cutting a Mobius Loop right round its centre line? What about a loop with 2 full twists? (etc)
